The Capital District YMCA Black and Latino Achievers program is a dynamic initiative aimed at empowering and supporting young individuals from Black and Latino communities to reach their full potential.

Over 150 golfers headed out on the green to support youth programming in our community. Thanks to our participants and sponsors, we raised over $100,000 to support youth all across the Capital District. 

Please consider donating to the YMCA to continue funding our many programs that support kids and families in our communities.

All CDYMCA branches will be free for the day and offer family friendly activities

Albany, NY, April 25, 2023 – On Saturday, April 29, the Capital District YMCA will celebrate Healthy Kids Day®, Sponsored by WellNow Urgent Care, with family friendly activities, community partners and vendor tables, and free access to six of their facilities.

Conference in its 88th year, welcoming 500 students from around New York State for three-day event to learn about state government

375 high school students from around New York State to gather in Albany for 3-day event dedicated to learning about state government.

The Capital District YMCA Lally Early Learning Center in Scotia is working with a hospital in Ukraine to collect donations of unopened and unexpired first-aid supplies, personal hygiene products, and small stuffed animals to help those in the Ukraine.
